CTI

The Center for Therapeutic Interventions was developed to make available to individuals and their families a comprehensive treatment facility to meet all necessary counseling needs.  Our therapeutic team is experienced and equipped to provide services for individuals and families with minor life adjustment problems, major life difficulties and all counseling concerns in between.  We believe in and provide an all inclusive strengths based approach for treating people with issues related to mental health and or substance abuse.

Mission

Our mission is to assist each individual to reach his or her full potential with encouragement and empowerment and instilling hope of him or her achieving improvement in all areas of life through a holistic strengths based model of counseling and peripheral services.

Outpatient Services

Behavioral health outpatient services are provided in compliance with all policies and guidelines of the Department of Mental Health and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.  Consumer services are made available with the goal of increased overall functioning of the persons served, reducing symptoms, and preventing additional functional impairment.  Each consumer will be assessed to determine individual needs and services will be deemed appropriate based on strengths, needs, and abilities.

All services will accommodate employed and parenting consumerís schedules.  All services will be provided to consumers, their families and significant others whose emotional and physical status allow them to function.

Outpatient behavioral health services will consist of strengths based assessment to determine needs and presenting problems, an intake to gather an accurate bio-psychosocial history including history of presenting problems, an individualized treatment plan based on strengths, needs, and input from the consumer. The individualized treatment plan will consist of an array of services to benefit and carrying out the treatment plan. Outpatient services are designed to be culturally appropriate and sensitive as well as age appropriate.  Gender specific treatments and materials are utilized in group settings to maximize sensitivity to consumer needs.

Philosophy

It is our belief that all people have innate strengths from which to draw in times of crisis or when problems arise, however many people will inevitably encounter concerns or difficulties in life that may require therapeutic intervention. Assistance and intervention from a professional may be beneficial or necessary by providing encouragement and empowerment to the consumer to gain insight; thereby utilizing their own strengths to resolve their issues and achieve their fullest potential.

It is the mission of The Center for Therapeutic Interventions (CTI) to encourage and assist consumers to gain emotional empowerment through the counseling process to develop the insights necessary to change perspective and or focus allowing the consumer to heal and gain achievement. Outpatient services through a combination of individual, group, or family therapies are utilized and provided based on the individual consumerís need. Attention is given to the consumerís ethnicity, spiritual beliefs, gender and culture.  Treatment is sensitive to each of these areas and the clinicians shall make every attempt to be respectful of the consumerís individuality.

Gambling Program Description

Our services are designed to provide a variety of professional diagnostic and gambling treatment services for  consumers, their families, and or significant others whose emotional and physical status allows them to function in their usual environment.  All services are provided with the goal of supporting the recovery or assisting in the stabilization of the person or persons served, reducing symptoms, restoring functioning and preventing additional functional impairment.  Gambling as with all outpatient services are designed to be culturally appropriate and sensitive as well as age appropriate.  Gambling and other addictions affect the entire family unit and therefore, it is our belief that the entire family should be involved in treatment whenever possible in keeping with the best interest of the consumer and his/her rights.

CTI will ensure that sufficient funding and staffing are in place to provide the proper amount of care for the proper length of time, based on the needs of the persons served.

CTI has established procedures that provide for ongoing communication and consultation between internal and external service providers such as the child welfare system, contracted providers, community support services and internal team members.

Substance Abuse Program Description

The Center for Therapeutic Interventions has the ability to offer both  outpatient and intensive outpatient services that are organized non-residential substance abuse treatment services with scheduled sessions arranged to accommodate the time availability of employed and parenting consumers, with hours of service during the day, evening and weekends. Our services are designed to provide a variety of professional diagnostic and primary alcohol and other drug abuse treatment services for consumers, and their families and significant others, whose emotional and physical status allows them to function in their usual environment. These services are designed either for those consumers who do not require more restrictive levels of care or those consumers who require continuing services following more intensive treatment levels.  All services are provided with the goal of supporting the recovery or assisting in the stabilization of the person or persons served, reducing symptoms, restoring function and preventing additional functional impairment. Outpatient services are designed to be culturally appropriate and sensitive as well as age appropriate.  Gender specific treatments and materials are utilized in group settings to maximize sensitivity to consumer needs. Families of consumers are encouraged to participate in treatment and educational services to facilitate treatment success. Substance abuse and other addictions affect the entire family unit.  It is our belief that the entire family should be involved in treatment when at all possible in keeping with the best interest of the consumer and his/her rights.

Intensive Outpatient Services is an organized, non-residential outpatient substance abuse treatment service with scheduled sessions providing a range of nine (9) or more treatment hours per week, but not to exceed 12 hours and is considered a separate program from other services offered at this facility.

Outpatient Substance Abuse Services are the same as the above criteria but are equal to 8 hours or less per week of counseling services.

Program Goals

All services are provided with the goal of supporting the recovery or assisting in the stabilization of the person or persons served, reducing symptoms, restoring functioning and preventing additional functional impairment. Abstinence is the primary goal of The Center for Therapeutic Intervention AOD treatment.  Outpatient services are designed to be culturally appropriate and sensitive as well as age appropriate.  Gender specific treatments and materials are utilized in group settings to maximize sensitivity to consumer needs.
